Your participation in BRIOGEO’s Giveaway (“The Giveaway” or “Promotion”) shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Giveaway, which is sponsored by the operator of the Internet site WWW.BRIOGEOHAIR.COM ("BRIOGEO").


No purchase necessary to enter or win. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances Of Winning.
Only persons over the age of 18 and located in the United States are eligible for entry. Winners must be located in the United States.
The Giveaway shall start at 10/16/2023 12:00am EST and will end on 10/20/2023 at 11:59pm EST
The Promotional Prize for winning The Giveaway shall be as follows - $500 Briogeo electronic gift card + a $500 Ulta Beauty electronic gift card.
BRIOGEO shall notify the winner of the winning via email from alias giveaway@briogeohair.com within 30 days of the close date of The Giveaway, and the winner must respond and provide proof of identity within thirty (30) days.
The winner shall receive the Promotional Prize within sixty (60) days of BRIOGEO's receipt of proof of identity of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the Prize.
Notwithstanding Sections above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotional Prize winner fails to respond, within thirty (30) days, to the email sent from giveaway@briogeohair.com of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to the prize and BRIOGEO shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
BRIOGEO's decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Promotional Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
Your participation in The Giveaway is considered your agreement that BRIOGEO may contact you and use your name, identity and Instagram social handle in BRIOGEO'S promotional campaigns regarding The Giveaway. By participation in The Giveaway, you grant to Briogeo a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and transferable license to copy, publish, or otherwise use the posting and all information contained therein, as well as your likeness (and the likeness of any other person appearing therein, including, without limitation, any minor child) in any commercial or noncommercial manner whatsoever, in whole or in part, in any and all distribution channels or media, including, but not limited to, in printed marketing materials, emails, web pages, social media accounts and for any other marketing, advertising, public relations, sales or promotional purposes with or without attribution and without further notice to you. By submitting any posting, you represent and warrant that you have all rights in and to the content and the right to grant all of the rights and licenses provided for herein, and that the content does not contain any unlawful, stolen or defamatory content and does not violate any individuals’ privacy rights.
The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.

In no event will BRIOGEO be liable to you for any direct, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Giveaway, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not BRIOGEO has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Promotional Prize.
BRIOGEO reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
BRIOGEO reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
Any attempt by an entrant to circumvent, tamper, disrupt or damage the sweepstakes process, defraud or gain an unfair advantage, or otherwise undermine the fairness, integrity and legitimate operation of the Giveaway, will result in automatic disqualification from the sweepstakes.
