What is the subscription program?

Our subscription program is the best way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. Think “set it and forget it!” This program offers the best tier of perks with free shipping and 15% off every subscription order. You have complete control over your subscription when it comes to adding, or removing products. You can also delay or cancel your subscription before your next ship date. We send an email and SMS reminder at least 7 days before each order is shipped, so make sure you’re signed up for notifications.

How do I modify my subscription?

When you create a Briogeo.com subscription, an account will automatically be created with the email you used at checkout. You can update your subscription details by logging into your Briogeo account, and selecting 'your subscriptions.' Simply select the subscription you would like to edit, and scroll through the page to choose 'modify' or 'cancel subscription.' Not ready to cancel? You can delay your order before your next shipment date.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log into your Briogeo account, and scroll to the subscription tab. You'll see the option to edit your address, but please note that changes must be made prior to your next auto-renewal ship window.

Do subscription orders qualify for reward loyalty points?

Yes! When you have rewards ready to redeem, you can use them towards one product within your subscription by reaching out to support@briogeohair.com before your next order ships.

Can I use promotional offers towards my subscription?

Select promotions can be applied to subscriptions such as our sign up for Email, and SMS, offers. Some sitewide promotions will have subscription exclusions included in the terms and conditions. This is because your auto-renewal already has the best Briogeo.com offer of 15% off + free shipping on every order.

Subscription items will ship automatically until you manually cancel, or by reaching out to support@briogeohair.com 48 hours before your order ships. By placing this order you are authorizing us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected.
